United Commercial Services (UCS) partnered with ROI Design to transform a former mortuary-turned-medical clinic in Grand Rapids’ Creston Heights into a vibrant new headquarters. In collaboration with Lott3Metz and Pinnacle Construction, the remodel included offices, a kitchen lounge, collaboration spaces, a warehouse, and a dedicated lower level for hiring and training.

The refreshed space blends function with personality—featuring recycled wood paneling, bold carpet patterns, and residential-style lounge furniture. With thoughtful design touches like a large kitchen island and a whiteboard-filled, UCS now has a workspace that supports their growing team and reflects their long-standing presence in West Michigan.
