The late Mary Witte founded ROI Design in 1993 as Designers Workshop with the principle of providing design services as an investment focused on creating lasting customer experiences. Under her leadership, the company completed hundreds of design and furniture projects, specializing in workplace strategy and design, medical and dental offices, industrial and manufacturing offices, and multifamily spaces.

Throughout her career, Witte earned recognition from clients and the community who consistently described ROI Design as “good businesspeople” – a reputation she took particular pride in.
