The redesign expanded the lobby footprint by utilizing an adjacent hallway and storage area, creating a more open and welcoming environment. A floating drywall ceiling feature was added, along with new seating in place of the existing reception desk. The design incorporated a contemporary gray palette accented with pops of yellow and blue, while dated mahogany trim was refreshed with paint. Decorative lighting added a modern touch, helping transform the space into an inviting, tenant-friendly environment.
