For over 50 years, the Baum family has built Hastings Fiberglass into a trusted leader through innovation, customer care, and community commitment. As the company continued to grow, it became clear that their existing facility could no longer support their future needs. In 2016, plans began for a new headquarters and state-of-the-art manufacturing plant.

ROI Design led the interior design of the new 100,000 SF facility — a nearly $8 million project. The new facility features a striking open staircase in the lobby, a bright and welcoming break room, and vibrant colors throughout the manufacturing area — a design choice that was initially unexpected but ultimately celebrated for energizing the space.
