Assistant Procurement & Product Manager

Cyndee Thenikl
Design Administrator
Cyndee joins us with many years of administrative and sales experience. She has been a small business owner, and previously one of r.o.i. Design’s customers.
She enjoys singing and drumming with her rock and roll band, Twister, which performs in Michigan for club gigs and special events with cover songs from the 60’s to the 2000’s.
An avid kayaker, birder, and snowmobiler, she balances her outdoor passions with our part-time job that manages the administrative side of design contracts.
Her energy is welcomed, and we look forward to her improving our relationships with our design customers with better and consistent communication.

Architectural Designer
Graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor’s in Architecture.
Brings a blend of architecture, design, and customer service expertise to the r.o.i. Design team.
Passionate about driving innovation, creativity, and efficiency through strong collaboration and effective communication.
Enjoys traveling and exploring new places with her husband.
