Born and raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan, I grew up helping my parents out at rental properties during the summer, renovating and helping with upkeep. Fast forward to senior year of high school I knew I wanted to be an Interior Designer but couldn’t afford to go to Michigan State. Little did I know, that was setting me up for the best college experience I could have ever imagined. After attending GRCC for two years, I knew I wanted to transfer somewhere for Interior Design but wasn’t sure where to go. That’s when I found Kendall College of Art and Design. This education has opened so many doors for me and has pushed me to become better in so many different aspects of my life. Through this journey, I have found a desire to make a positive impact on the world around me by helping people create environments that aid in creativity, collaboration, and growth.
